Having had thai food across the country from LA, to Philly, Boston, etc., I was surprised that this little cozy spot in Millbury had some of the best thai food I've ever had. The roasted duck noodle soup was some of the best noodle soups I've ever had. Very savory and the soup's consistency wasn't too thin or thick. I opted to get this with rice noodles; they offer it with different types of noodles. The chicken meatballs were very bland and that wasn't enough to deter my opinion of this restaurant as a whole. Took a while to get beverages but overall service was still wonderful. Vana and team definitely knows what they're doing in the kitchen.
I love this little gem, hidden away in Millbury. A true Thai restaurant serving delicious dishes with friendly staff in a cozy environment. Best Shirley Temple in central Mass. The spicy papaya salad is delightful, and their summer rolls, duck and curries are super satisfying.
Absolutely amazing food. Very small dining room (~6 tables) but the service was friendly and thorough. An excellent spot for delicious Thai food. Can't wait to go back to try their lunch.

Just had an AMAZING dinner here! I can almost certainly say this has been the best Thai food I’ve eaten in New England…. seriously so good. The food was so good I had to speak with the chef — she was so friendly and happy to come out to chat with us! I should also mention that our server Kee (sorry if incorrect spelling) was the man! Great attitude, funny dude. Made us feel more than welcome! It’s safe to say that we will be driving from our home in Framingham to Millbury now whenever we’re craving Thai.
What a pleasant surprise. My daughter and I stopped in for dinner and everything was amazing. The bubble tea was excellent. The waiter was very nice and recommended one of the best curries I have ever had. We will definitely be back.
Finally had a chance to come back after really enjoying my first time. They had redecorated and it looked great and was busy! The food was amazing as before. We enjoyed the Thai raviolis, wonton soup, tofu pad tai and the drunken noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious and the staff is so friendly and attentive. I wish I lived just a little closer so this could be a go to take out spot!
Delicious and authentic! This appears to be a family run business and its clear they put a lot of love into their restaurant. The flavors are vibrant, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. They have about 10 tables so it's relatively small and cozy. This is a hidden gem!
Today was the perfect day for soup, & I’m so glad I finally stopped at Kai Mook in Millbury after work. I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while, & they did not disappoint! I started with the cream cheese rangoon & the shrimp-pork dumplings—both delicious. Then came the Sukothai noodle soup, loaded with BBQ pork, chicken meatball, ground pork, & all sorts of comforting flavors that warmed me right up. So happy I finally made it in! It’s a wonderful small, family-owned spot where you can truly taste the care they put into their food. Highly recommend!
